I put up version 1.15 which streamlines a lot of processing but I'll definitely work on the static light switching. I've gotten used to it, but it is annoying.

Version 1.16a -
http://post.monome.org/?PostBackAction= ... entID=2339

This fixes the problem of not being able to see mlr tracks when switching back to user2 after going to a different page. It also adds the ability to change OSC host/listen ports so you can use it with monoswitch.

I just tried "SevenUp Live" with Launchpad... Awesome so far!

Everything seem to work correct... But after 3-4 min. nonome hang-up?!?

Yeah, SevenUpLive is the last big hurdle. The way it deals with dimming/flashing LEDs can overflow the midi buffer and cause things to lock up like that. You won't really see it unless you're doing a lot of stuff in stepper mode. I'm working on getting around the problem. You can follow the progress here:

It also seems to me that the stream of midi data cause a kind of jam after a while.

Nevertheless I was very impressed of the way to make tracks with SevenUpLive as far as I could evaluate it... Therefore I'm looking forward to use it flawless!

@$4mU3l - Give the new test build a try and see if the midi errors go away. There is a significant trade-off between led update frequency and performance right now, but it's just a test to make the midi buffer calm down:

Just tried the test build...

But things became worse i.e. the led's are flickering randomly, nonome is very sticky whilst moving its window and eat up a lot more cpu. At last useless.

I've tried Nonome for the first time today and I love it!
I'm a newbie with Max/MSP and Launchpad but finally 1.16a works great with Polygome and Mlrv, it was a lot of fun.

Thanks a lot mdifonzo.

geez I can't make polygomé working...
Maybe the max file is corrupted>> each time I launch gomé, it kills the nonome patch without launching gomé :|

Will give a try with mlrV tomorrow

Do you have Quicktime installed on your computer?
If not, Polygome closes Max, this is what I experienced yesterday

I promise you a lot more of fun if mdifonzo fixed nonome to work flawless with SevenUp Live/Launchpad... IMHO the greatest app that integrates monome(nonome) in Live! Let the big 7 flash up!

Hey! Glad people are enjoying it :)

Here is a link to the latest forum post over at the monome forums. I just updated to version 1.17 and built a custom version of 7up live to work with it. It's not perfect (yet!) but it's pretty close and definitely usable.

Just wanted to quickly thank you for your efforts. This is really cool! I got my launch pad a few days ago, and I've done more monome/maxMSP stuff than using it for its intended purpose.

Really great. Thanks again!
