As annoying as the repeat questions might be, the scarier part is many a successful house song could be written on little more than applying the responses in these threads. Go browse through the house tracks on beatport and how much of the songs do you think is actual music writing and originality compared to how much is the same tired sounds, formulas, patterns, and production techniques.

oh jeez, don't get me even started on that... and most annoying is how much apparently production trickery and M4L type of nonsense millions of unnecessary plugs and gawd nows what other useless shit they apply to come up with one generic rubbish after the other... that all sounds the same.

I tell them about one time for 5 times they ask, but in the end, I get nervous. I'm quite all the time gentle, quite a sensitive guy who doesn't really like internet forum "battles", but yes, those questions really make me more and more agressive.
