Is it true that you can assign each channel separately so that you EQ and use the faders on the hardware mixer and not in Live?
Sorry for the dumbass questions but i am new to Live
JohnDP
yes thats how i use it
three lines out to my DJM 600
get a good sounfcard with 3 or more outputs
and set each channel up on his own output and off u go

It should be noted that now 5 has come out (since this thread was started....check date) the issue of the pitch fader going the same way as the pitch on a technics and the eq can now also be calibrated to 0 when the knob is all the way around....all from within Live5.
also i should not that although eq4 can be used to replace eq3, eq3 is a lot wilder in it's cuts and is a better device to get filter effects (IMO) than eq4.
i've tried adamjay's suggestions and still use eq3. (note make sure that you don't leave the kill on when controlling the crossover freq....you lose bass).

in 5 when you assign a midi knob or fader (in the usual manner) you can see the range at the bottom of the app. you can also assign negative values so that it reverses the range too. have a play around it should work. my uc33 is setup in 5 so that a full rotation on the knobs is 0dB

does the Nuo4 editor work on macs?
if not, does it work with virtual pc?
I've asked Ecler, but they did not reply.

its actually impossible as the max parameter of the mid know rotation, the one on the bottom part of the screen can only be set to +6 and thus it CANNOT be set at 12 pm.
Tooo bad...
