Cabinet and Amp not Authorising in 8.2

Just updated to suite 8.2, Amp and Cabinet won't install they have apeared as files now i have repaired library and also re-authorised. Am getting the message "Check your instalation" and then "This device is not available in Live, The product Amp is required to go beyond this limitation, See the user account/licences prefernces to authorize this or try out this product." Cabinet does the same thing.

Any ideas? I have a valid Live 8 suite licence and believe these should be included in the update.

I had an issue authorizing too and was told to use Firefox to authorize after the update... i did and it eventually worked.

hope this helps. I certainly get how annoying it can be.

Hey, thanks for the heads up, yes i use Firefox already i will keep trying over the next few days and see if there is any change.

send an email to [email protected] thats what Kleine (from Ableton HQ) suggested to me if Firefox didn't help.
