Just discovered this one...
The multiple selected clips loop status can be toggled via a keystroke if you assign the "Loop" parameter in the clip box to a shortcut. I've set mine to ":", the music notation for repeat. Easy to remember and not too confusable if you also set "L" being set to Loop in the arrange page.
Note that if you make a selection of clips in the arrange which have some loops enabled and others not and then hit the ":" key, the status of all clips reverses both ways so single playing become looped and looped become single play. I'd rather it behaved by normalising all to loop and then unloop but hey, still a useful keystroke.
