In the interim, this set of patch files allows for using floats with the Jump action and for using a multiplier with the BPM action (like BPM *0.5). These are for ClyphX only (not ClyphX7). To use them, close Live and then drop the files into your ClyphX folder. This will overwrite two existing files.
Macrobat, in general, is primarily intended for extending your control capabilities. The Track Rack would let you control mixer parameters from any controller that is set up for basic instant mapping, which would include almost all of the control surface scripts built into Live. Therefore, what does macrobat have for controlling mixer settings over this basic functionality?
Because the Receiver Rack allows you to control racks on other tracks. Why then do you need a macrobat to control other racks; how is this different?
I’ve done my best to document all the features as clearly as possible, but I agree there is room for improvement and I’d definitely welcome some help in that department in terms of users sharing their sets and such. FWIW, I do plan on shooting a new video (or several) on ClyphX in the near future.
