What the F$*K IS DEMO MODE!!????

Hmm,
I see what people are saying about not realising, but I had this happen to me a while ago too. Was just messing around with Operator to see what it could do, fully aware of demo mode.
Did a bit of the jamming that Ableton makes so easy, which included replacing Operator with something else, and then ended up with something sounding pretty cool. So I go to save and its still in Demo Mode!
OK, so I should have known but I also own Fruityloops which allows you to save any project in which you use demo instruments, but simply removes the demo instrument channels.
Surely this is a much more sensible way of doing things that allows you to have a spot of unplanned inspiration AND save it. Surely you shouldn't have to pay for your own midi notes, just the sounds that Operator creates?!
