How long have you been currently waiting for an answer from Ableton Support?
Or how long did it take before you got an answer?
I have been waiting closer to two weeks and I am starting to get rather concerned. I have has had an apparent hardware issue since i got the P3s and I am pretty sure it has to be returned (the waiting for this makes me quite uneasy.)

I just found out that Ableton support late this afternoon sent me an email in response to my first support mail 16 days ago.
Glad I got the response and I'm glad that the issue is acknowledged! I feel quite relieved.

Support always answers, but yeah it takes quite some time these days.
