Is there an easy way to do this in the new browser in Live 12?

There was a way to delete items from the Library in Live 11 — but it was somewhat convoluted.

What is the easy way to clean up the Live Factory library so it only has sounds I like in there?

While I take your point, I just want to permanently hide or delete those sounds, to make my own browsing experience more fluid/less cluttered.

On macOS, if you navigate to Music/Ableton/Factory Packs, you can either delete an entire pack or use ‘Show Package Contents’ to select specific files to remove.

Deleting entire packs from Live's browser is simpler and better, as it prevents ghost entries from appearing in the Packs section.

r use ‘Show Package Contents’ to select specific files to remove.

Keep in mind that deleted files will be reinstalled in a pack update.
The same applies to a Live update where the Core Library is updated.
