- Use INS mode. This way when our break is playing, the original signal isn't coming throug.
- Set variation to a value between 3 or 6 (can be more or less, depending on how mad you want your breaks). This will allow beat repeat to change the grid size, so we won't have always, 1/4 or 1/6 breaks or so.
- Set gate to the length of the interval.
- Give chance a value depending on how many breaks you want. 50-75% of the time seems nice (depending on the other settings).
To get the best results, give Interval a value of 1/2 and grid 1/4.
You can run it like this on your beats to get some different groove while composing. I like it when playing guitar so I won't always get the same beat.
