its nothing , just mislabeling. not multitouch.
I dunno... cuz there's a touchscreen model, and a multitouch screen model which is 200$ more...
I don't think most software would work with a multi touch display unfortunately.

If you want maximum performance for the least money, DELL is usually the place to go. Some people don't like the build quality, but I've never had any problems. Regardless, spec out a Dell and use the price as a benchmark when shopping around.
of course...
but it's still a sweet feature for live...
caught my eye...

you know how there's like a trillion exchange students at school from China

yeah, they all have Vaio's - annoying

but all the artsy dweebs from Capitol Hill without jobs trolling craigslist at my favorite coffee shops have MacBooks - blah

I have a vaio 1.8 core duo 2 512 ram and 80 gig hd

paid $1099 plus tax

it's pimping! I'm able to to do big projects, mix records with no glitches w/ ease with Torq and use some intese vst and vsti's

all while I'm surfing the web (myspacing or ableton foruming) and downloading dj mixtapes

this thing hasn't crashed yet and it looks cool -

I was about to get a macbook but I figured enough people have them

funny how that works - all the people who want to be different have pc's

I've noticed more macbooks in rap videos now-a-days (actually all the video's)

gaurenteed if you walk into your local coffee shop you'll be in the minority with a PC (at least in Seattle, and Seattle is as big city)

on the real, I just choose a pc because I like them, there's more free plugs and I'm working on a computer science major - we use Visual Basic (which is pc only)

Mac's are nice but onceyou get behind the wheel of either one you don't really have the 'what if' thoughts - you just cruise with what you got

As a vaio user I'd recommend one - pay the extra $25 and have the guys at the pc shop disable all the background activities etc...

peace
