monome 40h SOLD OUT
as most anyone who was slightly interested in monome 40h is aware, there were only 500 made. they have now officially sold out.
anyone smell a highly sought after vintage piece of kit in about 20 years? I'm betting the value of those things will go up quite a bit in that time.

It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.

too much for me, that's for sure. but i remember people saying a similar thing about the 40h about 18 months ago. the 100h will sell out as well, i don't see why not.Johnisfaster wrote:sure, and at 1500 bucks it should be one hell of a deal (half sarcasm)kooki415 wrote:they have the 16x16 version coming out in august though.

no way not at all, i just dont want the 100h being compared to the Lemur because that will falsely justify the $1500 price tag.Machinate wrote:Hey mate, you're starting so come off a bit bitter there... is there something you want to share?sweetjesus wrote:lol saw that.. dont bring a lemur into this. we're talking about physical hardware here with tactile feedback.
Andy.
Yamaha said they will try to ship the Tenori for 500 GBP which is roughly a 33% saving on the 100h and works well as a standalone unit.
