Hey Alex, please check your email, I've sent you a couple since the beginning of the week. The problem with Live crashing is killing me.

If you consider the quality of a company's technical support when considering the purchase of a product, I'd give a THUMBS DOWN to ableton. Maybe you can download a cracked version.

Not true!

Maybe you should mail to [email protected] if you expect to revceive a quick reply. People you address personally happen to be on vacation from time to time or being ill or just don't seem to find the time, just as you may do.

From my personal experience ableton-support, just like the often bashed N-I support, is just fine - and compared to american standards, where they tend to not reply to overseas customers at all (why ever that is... afraid or something?) it is outstanding.

BTW: This would not be the first time customers would give a 'thumbs down' for a company's support while not being able to check their own mail-account by the appropriate reply-address their mail-header was giving (I would at least check for that before bashing someone on a forum).

Thanks for taking the time to reply atom. I emailed Alex directly because he said it was ok to in a post I read. I'm just upset because I've been waiting years(since I played with Mixman and discovered that it's fun but not too good except for a quick laugh), for software like this, plus, I payed over $200 for it AND have been hyping to everyone I know. Not getting a reply is frustrating. But I will check my mailheader and will try sending an email to support instead.

:D
My experience with Ableton support has been the most satisfying of any software company I've dealt with so far.
