or a loopstation.

i mean plugging my guitar into the computer, and recording loops live and playing them back!
that is using live as a loop station. A lot of people seem to be doing this, I wonder whats the best way. Of course I can do it by simply arming, recording and pressing play, as long as I tap the beat beforehand.
