Post by hallvardura » Mon Oct 15, 2007 5:44 am

i've been wondering what is the best way to do this?
similar to having a memoryman
or a loopstation.
do people use multiple tracks?

i am not sure what you mean. if you want a loopstation try guitarRig or Artillery2. if the audiodata is not live you could prepare it via multiple clips.

i mean plugging my guitar into the computer, and recording loops live and playing them back!
that is using live as a loop station. A lot of people seem to be doing this, I wonder whats the best way. Of course I can do it by simply arming, recording and pressing play, as long as I tap the beat beforehand.
all the best, vardi
