@exaltron Cheers for the info pump audio. I'll check them out. Have you used / licensed anything with them before?

Yeah lots, it's worth more to me as a source of hilarity when I tell my friends what shows I've had music on (Oprah, Gastineau Girls, and other crappy reality TV shows) than for the money, although last quarter I made over $350 = more than my gigs and CD sales for the entire year.
Ultimately it's about constantly taking all that cutting room garbage and polishing it up a bit (I'm no mastering guru, but I can tweak and use presets to get a decent mix), and sending them everything you can. Ironically the stuff that I put hours into barely ever gets used, while old mixes from five years ago, weird fx outtakes, ambient abstract stuff seems to be in demand. I guess the name of the game is uniqueness+diversity. Or maybe it's just that my "accessible" stuff doesn't sound that way to TV editors
Reminds me I haven't sent anything since last year and I have a ton of random sound files from logic and live experiments. Gotta put together another CD for them. Actually I think they have an upload feature now, although that may only be for artists who have already had a CD accepted.
Overall I would say considering how many dead ends and impossible odds there are in the music biz, this is probably worth the minimal effort of filling out the forms and submitting. Let me know what your take is if you end up doing it.
