Poltergeist. I started watching it when I was about 9, the first time I saw it all the way through was about a dozen viewings and a several years later. there's still a clown under my bed and ghosts on static TV channels, I'm 35.

since then it's been Everyone Loves Raymond, I can't watch an episode without shitting myself.

Watch this from start to finish - it is a bit slow to kick off, but once it kicks of i reckon its possibly the most disturbing thing i've seen.
