USA Suite box shipping?

Howdy. Ordered Live 7 Suite boxed December 7th. It's now the 27th. I have my serials, sure... got those the 18th or so. But it's not like I don't want my box, too. Any word on USA suite box shipping?

I sent Ableton an e-mail a few days ago, and still no reply. I ordered this as a Christmas present (parents paid for it), but Christmas was slightly depressing not having anything to open haha. :roll:

Any news? Abes? Any news?

haha. Ableton ruined my Christmas!

No no. They didn't. :D But still...it would be nice to KNOW WHEN my box will come...

I happened to call the US office in nyc this morning. I had my order on dec 2nd.
Anyway, the word I received was some units got to the Distribution center in San Fran today and that orders would start shipping in the queue they were received.

There maybe some bonus goodies in the delivery for the inconvenience which was mentioned to me on the phone.

Still waiting for that tracking number to come through the inbox though.

Quality. Thanks for the update. I don't expect any bonus goodies, but it has crossed my mind. That's pretty neat.

I remember hearing of a manual printing setback?

Anyway I bet it will not be too much longer. (hope?)

Sweet. Just got my tracking #. Should be here next week. A month late, but better than never.

Can anyone verify any "free goodies" in the package? Someone posted earlier that they heard there might be some free stuff for the inconvenience.

Just received my tracking Number Last night as well for fedex ground.
I shouldn't see delivery til jan 7th though... :(

Yeah, I hear ya. It doesn't help that FedEx and UPS and such don't deliver today, monday, or tuesday (for the holiday) unless it's like 2nd Day Air or whatever. Blah. Oh well.

How is everyone getting serial numbers? how long did you have to wait?

i ordered the Box Suite probably 3 weeks ago. I ordered it using a student discount from Berkleemusic online, and i sent all the scans necessary via email as pdf's. I got an immediate response saying that the customercare adress was busy and that they would look at my order in a few days.

as of right now, i'm not even certain they've actually recieved my order! i sent a follow-up email to customercare and got nothing back.

any suggestions? should i be contacting someone different?

I'm not too happy bout the live suite shipping, cause ableton managed to screw up my address, and ship it via Fedex to Flagoler Beach, instead of Flagler Beach.


Upon seeing this little over-site, i emailed them about it ASAP only to get this today:

yeah, great support there. I would really like a new box for live, since I still have the box of ableton 1.5 sitting round. Hope they get off their ass and do something bout this.

Zip code is what matters - did they get the zip code right? I would be surprised if one letter difference slowed down the package at all. You can still track it, right?

If you search for "Flagoler Beach" in Google it corrects you immediately. I would bet that FedEx can do this too - they are a pretty amazing company.

I purchased Live 7 Boxed Suite on December 7th. Never received a tracking number from Ableton, only an apology for the delay regarding the manual printing machines which I received on December 13th. According to the invoice in the package, it shipped on December 28th and arrived today January 3rd. Shipped from Benicia, CA 94510 to Los Angeles, CA 90026. No stickers or extra goodies, just boxed suite. i should also mention I never once tried contacting Ableton regarding shipment.
