If you're on a tight Budget - I recommend these - Great bang for your buck - http://www.soundslive.co.uk/product.asp?id=3315
Or
Save a bit more and go for the KRK's - Great monitors...

I had about 300 squid to spend on monitors (I was going to go for either the KRK RP8's or Adam A5's) but after getting some advice from this here forum I saved, I now have the money for a set of Adam A7's (it was between the A7's or Mackie HR624MK2), happy dayzzzzz!!

How did you get from 300 to 1200 ....
I am not going to be able to make that jump any time in the near future.
SO what should I grab at 300 for a pair?
No Charlie mate I went from 300 pound sterling to 600 pound sterling, the A7's are £597 for a pair. If I were you I'd save a little bit more and go for a set of Yamaha HS80M's failing that you could get the little brother, the HS50M's which are cheaper, both of which are HIGHLY recommended.CHARLIE! wrote:Stace wrote:I had about 300 squid to spend on monitors (I was going to go for either the KRK RP8's or Adam A5's) but after getting some advice from this here forum I saved, I now have the money for a set of Adam A7's (it was between the A7's or Mackie HR624MK2), happy dayzzzzz!!
