Is this possible or am I dreaming
hi
ok So two things first I would like to see if hooking up a xbox 360 wireless controller to my mac for midi is possible?
Secondly I have hooked up my wii controller to my mac but can I have it so that when I push a button it moves on to the next channel or FX?
possible or not
cheers

I am not sure about the xbox controller.
regarding the wiimote: Which software are you using with it?
I use mine with osculator. It allows to assign midi, mouse and keycommands to the wiimote buttons. So you can assign arrows, alt- and enter-button to some buttons on the wiimote and navigate through live and devices.
Theoretically you can do anything with the wiimote. But it's quite difficult to just use it as a mouse ...
I did a project that used the Wii remote to control visuals. DarwiinRemote was used to receive data (easy because Macs have bluetooth built in) and Processing for the visuals.
