First you assume I've never heard of a Mac... now you assume I believe in god? Wow bounce... just wow...
Here's a fun fact you might not understand:
Every little app you install and every device you add to a Mac or a Windows box or a linux box... etc.. CHANGES THE CONFIGURATION. just wow bounce... really I figured you'd have known that.

I guess you don't read sarcasm too well.
And, you're kind of...you know...making a cunt out of my eloquently put point.

@bounce - I'm making a vagina out of your persuasive discourse?
Maybe my translator isn't working to well? I'm just trying to help some chaos become order. It might be I just don't understand the slang you young whipper snappers are dishin' out deez dayz?
I do make an attempt to recognize sarcasm... it's just difficult to "read" sarcasm... it's tone is heard much better than read.

yeh my problems with live turned out to be the graphics card driver of all things! Changed it to the Vista driver instead of the Windows 7 one and Live started to work fine!
Guess thats what you get by playing around with beta operating systems heh

Man this thread is the lowest in a long time ...
Why do I bother? Not sure really ...
I just want to say there is one thing concerning this instability of the current version that I have been thinking ...
What was the major change from 7 to 8? It sure is not the couple of new plugs and it sure ain't the folder tracks either ...
What I gather one of the biggest under the hood features was changing the graphics into vector based and zoom-able form. I have heard that this feature set is super flaky ... Max msp 5 at cycling uses the same gfx library and using max is like drinking tar now compared what it used to be.

I think that the zoom function is very important!!! I don't want to sacrifice this....but I want stability because I am stuck with 8 and my buddies who had 5-7 moved

In a K induced Haze (the old K kind not the special K kind ), but an Asian spizz can sometimes bring me out! If ya don't get it, ya never will.

All the pre release betas were good and then releases for a bit as well, recently it has become really bad, crappiest thing is the new file format is not backwards compatible, I might roll back to an earlier one though what a hassle!!!! Did a small interactive installation for a party over the weeken had to restart Live several times, bit amateur
Anyway pointless to whine about it Ableton know it's not working properly and they're fixing it. Will be great when they do.
