Complex Pro as standard warpmode - live creates REX-Files

I guess this is not a feature, but a bug. If I select Complex Pro as the standard Warp mode and then record an audio clip, Live creates a REX-File instead of a normal warped audio file. This is also true for other audio files that i have not warped yet. If i drag them from the browser to an audiotrack, they are treated as REX-Files. Also, the Tempo of the Clip is screwed up - it displays "1.#j" where it should show the BPM of the clip.

Anyone else gets this?
