Re: Windows 7 Service Pack 1
my boot time increased about 20 seconds.. apart from that no problems at all. win runs very fast and reliable. i m running the 64bit version
Re: Windows 7 Service Pack 1
It didn't mess anything up for me.
Re: Windows 7 Service Pack 1
My work laptop has Windows 7 SP1 and I can feel the difference in boot time and system performance.
Re: Windows 7 Service Pack 1
I run windows 7 64bit and recently upgraded to SP1 as well.
I too got the impression that boot times and performance suffered.
Over time this has improved however.
I think this is thanks to the Superfetch service that in its description states "Maintains and improves system performance over time."
I guess it works.
