Hi MarkMark Williams wrote:Live 10 is 64 bit only so any vsts you have that are 32bit will not show up.
Hold down the alt key when scanning. This scans for both old and new plug-ins. Sometimes you need to even turn off plug-ins and reactivate them again.david.barker wrote:Hi MarkMark Williams wrote:Live 10 is 64 bit only so any vsts you have that are 32bit will not show up.
All my Vst are 64 bit,I forgot to add that in my post.

Will have a look around for answers too

What about the folder structure? You've made changes to that?david.barker wrote:Hi Folks :D
Yeah done the hold alt key option, still no joy.Yet my last Live install had no problems.I haven't touched the location of my plugin either

Recently, I had massive issues with Waves plug-ins not being acknowledged and had to delete them including every little preferences file. Hopefully you don't have to do something like that, because it's no fun.david.barker wrote:Hi Stromkraft :DStromkraft wrote:What about the folder structure? No I haven;t touched anything like that.Mainly due to the fact I use Live and FL Studio 12, both got features I like,he,he :D
But I am digressing
All my plugins shows up in FL Studio 12 ,no problem there.I use only 64bit ones too.
I have my folder set as C:/Program files/my Plug ins
Will have another look as well
Really Appreciate your help,
Cheers
Dave

Go forth, make music.

Aha, very cool feature - keep in mind FL Studio can run as a vsti inside ableton. So you run ableton, put fl studio on a midi track, and inside fl studio run your fl studio exclusive synth - but remember if you go "full full" all in purchase version of fl studio, all plugins version of fl studio, you get the vsti versions of synths included like harmor, etc and they work flawlessly in ableton. It's a good idea owning both. I'm on pc gosh darnit and I bought reaper too and yes I even just upgraded my bitwig...Alfonx wrote:...
So - i am thinking about buying FL Studio and use both: FL and Ableton.
What do you think - is it really worth buying FL Studio and use it with AL (ReWire?).
The Instruments of FL Studio are FL Studio exclusive - i cant use them as VSTs in Ableton, right?
How do YOU use FL Studio and Ableton together?
