I hope a mod reads this.
Last tuesday I transferred my Push 2 and Live 11 suite license.
The Push 2 license was transferred immediately but the Live transfer needs to be confirmed by the servicedesk.
Which has not happened yet.
My buyer is getting really impatient. And I don't like this either, just want this to be settled.
Anybody know what's going on at the servicedesk?
I hope that not everybody is sick.

It's the weekend, hopefully someone will get back to you shortly. Support has been a little backed up the last couple years with everything going on.

Solved, the servicedesk did the transfer today.
