Re: How to restore Live 12-Previous State from Backup-Mac?
The Live database can be several gigabytes in size. Databases from older versions are never deleted when Ableton introduces an updated database, causing things to pile up. Fortunately, Live always recreates them if they are missing, so deleting them does not cause any harm. It may just take some ...

How to restore Live 12-Previous State from Backup-Mac?
Today something really dumb happened to me.
I was trying to clean up a bit and removing things i don`t use

So i hit „Remove“ for 11 and an uninstallation tool named Uninstaller Sensei started and made a list of what to remove.

Vst Multi Out-Inputs Limited to 16 Inputs? Is there a workaround?
Hello everyone.
So i tried to record the Digitakt 2 into ableton and had to face the restriction of ableton that only allows 16 inputs for a Vst.
Is there a workaround? Reason is that the Digitakt has 16 track + fx etc etc .

Live+Digitakt2 only 15 tracks input „Restriction-Issue“
Hi everyone.
So i installed Overbridge and wanted to record some of the projects in my Digitakt 2 to Ableton.
I then could only record 15 channels and after a little search i learned that it is an Ableton issue cause it can only
accept 16 channels from a vst?
Why is that? Do you think this ...

Preocessing and exporting mp4 video File
Hello everyone.
So i have an mp4 video of which i want do edit-denoise the audio and export it.
My issue is that there are too many options. Like Frame Rate, Resolution and Bit Rate which is shown in Mbps
I would ideally like an option to simply export the same values as the original file has ...

Re: Do Return channels Return WET signal only or the Summ ?…..
typically the signal returning back is the 100% wet processed signal but nothing is stopping you from sending a partially processed signal back as well but best practice is to send process return signals 100% wet and you use a combination of mixer fader/send level and return level to adjust ...

Re: Do Return channels Return WET signal only or the Summ ?…..
Hey everyone.
So i was wondering. If i send signal from a track to a return track (lets say with a reverb with 100% Wet setting on it)
i get a Wet signal i can then blend in with my mix.
However, my Question: Is the signal coming back,
ONLY the WET signal of the plugin (as in DELTA) ? Or is ...

Acoustic Drum Sample Pack with good Multitracks and separation Recomendations?
So after once more buying an expensive sample pack only to find out that its full of bleed between drums and consists mainly if busy loops with basically a full drum set mixed already and there are more or less no individual parts as in Kick , Snare etc but rather drum part-loops of the full kit ...

Re: Anyone can Recognize this synth?
I’m interested in this too. Some of these sounds are almost meme level for this style and for a good number of years. Tipper comes to mind. I have ideas as to how to approach it, but I’m curious if there was a go-to method for this type of sound.
I havent heard this sound that many times tbh ...

Re: Anyone can Recognize this synth?
I know that a lot of Tipper’s sounds are extreme time stretching and pitch shifting in Logic, it’s not all straight out of a synth.
this does not sound like stretching to me. It sounds like pitch bending and some very clean wavetable stuff but i could be wrong.
What i mean is that beneath the ...

Anyone can Recognize this synth?
Hey everyone.
So while I was listening to this track by Trois : (the pitch slide synth at 1:00 for example ) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fyo1Vj6aGUU
It reminded me of the synth in Om units : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fR2wosmXUL0 .
So I thought it must be some specific synth that ...

Re: How do I remove "Click-Transient" sound on every Midi note start in Simpler+Sampler ?
It seems like you already tried the most common options.
Are you sure your sample is starting (and ending) at the zero crossing point? Did you try adding a fade at both ends and resample/re-record your sample?
Also Simpler/Sampler let's you precisely place their start marker (and you can zoom in ...
