I think you have a good point regarding people making music and wanting to be producers and mixers also.
So - maybe I would have to focus on those wanting to be singer/songwriters, or something, that is - people wanting to have great mixes but wants to be ...

For pop-music, it's usually between -9 to -12, I don't know what style you do.
