Hey guys,
Here is a new track I made in Ableton. I played around with various synth sounds until I got something that sounds good to ears.
Please let me know what you think!

Re: Multiple loops within one set?
I would bounce all of the loops you have in midi that you don't mess around with (as in, add any notes to) during the set to audio.
Then put all of your songs into one live set.
To change the tempo, change the name of the first scene of each songs to the desired tempo.
It works perfectly well.

I'd like to be better at translating the music in my head into sound from my computer. That'd be neat.

Re: any tips on calming the nerves B4 taking stage..
I found that being prepared kills any anxiety I have before shows. Practice, practice, be confident in what you're doing, practice some more, then have a beer and then get back to practicing. No matter what you're doing on stage, as long as you know, and i mean, truly know what you're doing, you'll ...

Re: Akai MPD-32 remote script (with red box)
there is one thing that I've noticed that bothers me with the script. With the knobs, when you use them for controlling various effects they have an issue in that when you switch between two effects, the knob parameters don't adjust to the new effect youre switching to. so for example, if i have two...

Re: Entire 94 min live performance, nujazz, afro, Electro, heads
now that im a bit more into the set
20ish minutes or so..
how much of the set is prepared beforehand?
I assume you'd have all of the drums/bass/main melodic parts down as clips in ableton, and then extra parts such as the synth solos you would have added live?

Playing a beat using mpd32 and live
Hey guys, check out this here video of me performing a beat using my mpd32. I have it mapped out to work like an apc40 using Seppe's remote script which you can find in this thread here: http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=150674&hilit=+mpd32 I'd love some feedback, and if you have ...
