I found that it was simpler (for me) to program the 1010 from itself, instead of using the above mentioned program.

I made buttons 1-10 be midi notes 1-10, without any 'program change' or CC messages. Just plain old midi notes.

A great feature for mixing, but not for using audio input in a live situation.

And also maybe a notes for each session, ya know for when a session gets rewired in slave mode, and the other program changes the tempo, maybe you haven't heard it in a few days... etc.

Would be fantastic. I really like live alot, but this would take it to a whole 'nother level.

It would really help the problem of keeping a groove feel while warping in Live. As it is now if your stuff contains anything that pushes or pulls on metronomic time Live usually loses the feel when ...

for the stereo overheads get one large boom stand and use a "two mic holder dealie" or whatever they are called. It attatches where the mic would and holds two mics.
There is a lot of info out there... this forum is prob not the best for that kind of info.

I have a similar problem.

I went up in the hirerarchial [sp] menu, in folder 3 within the live browser window, to the top. the widow went blank and would not "repopulate". It stayed that way for weeks... even thru upgrade to 3.
