Re: New Plugin For Ableton! Lighting , in development

i lurked this thread awhile back

its a shame to see it went no where.

Im trying my hardest to look for the best midi-dmx solution, in simplest form, all im looking for is to trigger midi clips that send out dmx data to various lights, so that things are more to the "beat"

yea, make sure you got all the temp files moved to the new hard disk to
because when recording in live, it puts all the temp files in the defualt drive in which you installed the program. and try to keep everything on the external rather then then one thats causing problems. tell us how it goes :D

i had the same exact problem in 5.0.2 i think it was then when i went to 5.2 the problem went away, but it was exactly how you said, when i zoomed in, the markers would change, so i would have to time the song zoomed in only. This only occured on certain songs though.

Ableton 5.2 Crashes when importing clips.

:D
(first post here)

I have about 100 songs all timed, and seperated into chorus, verse, break (like dylan ryhmes) And saved each song individually into there own clips (.als file)

And this has happened twice to me already, with two different hard drives.

They will act fine for a while, then one ...
