EXACTLY! the mapping is stored in the set. I wonder if it had to be this way.

but you still have to map the macros to your controller every time you instantiate the preset..

is there a way to save midi mapping into plugin presets?
it's a pain to have to remap envelopes and whatnot every time I instantiate my instruments.

i've been having tis problem for months now, ableton will find all the candidates for the lost samples just fine, and then not replace them! you just chug away, sample by sample, for a full 8 octave patch, that takes forever, it's so bloody frustrating! wtf? there seem to be a lot of ...
