My mate recently got a KORG ZERO4. He mostly uses CDJ's. I mostly use Live. I've got Live setup for the ZERO4 ie all audio and midi mapped etc. But I'm having a bit of problems syncing the MIDI clocks.

I'm now debating getting the Tapco SW-10 (which I can get VERY cheaply) with either; Tapco S5's, Tapco S8's or Tannoy Reveal 5A's.

Think I'll def need a sub to give my system better range and more flexibility. Still not sure which monitors to go for as satellite's ...

I have used Tannoy reveals in the past and I really like them.

I have been demo'ed a pair of Tapco S8, which also sound nice.

I use my Kaoss pad to do this, its interesting cos you can assign an effect(s) in Live and use a Kaoss Pad effect at the same time. KP2 or 3 will let you do this!

6 is a big improvement, specialy for those running a multi core processor (not me :(). A word of advice, uninstall Live 5 COMPLETLY before installing 6. I have also noticed issues with certain features when using live 5 sets in 6!

Overall IMO you should stick with 5 if money is tight, 5 is still ...
