rewire to reason latency

I am rewiring to reason through ableton, and I get a huge latency... using midi controller.

If I just use reason, there is not any latency that I can detect.

What can I do... amd quad core (x64) bit windows with 8 gigs of ram here.

audio editing

I have an audio clip that I cut and put in session view.
What I would like is for live to create a new "wav" file for the clip I want.

Is there a way for live to do this?

Simpleton annoying clicking sound

I have a guitar sample that I put in simpleton. I loop the last 1/3 if the sample to have it sustain, however it produces an annoying clicking sound at the beginning of each loop. Any ideas on avoiding this beyavior?

controlling volume with midi knob

I have a oxygen 8. And I am midi sending to reason via rewire to an NNXT sampler.

I am in live recording, but there doesn't seem to be a way to record the volume or connect the volume to the recording through live.

Is there a way to do this?

Mastering question...

I have a few voice samples that I am working with. One has a click near the end, and the time on the sample is .525 seconds...

I am trying to get rid of a static in the soundbyte.

What is the best way to do this?

I am currently using audacity as a wave editor.

Yes I got that, that is mainly for when your in arrange mode.

I am in session mode, and I only want to play the samples in the session without it playing the arrangement.

I guess I could hit the s on the arrangement track I am using. Maybe that's the answer.

Another Noob Q

When I am in session mode, I drag a bunch of samples up into a trackslot.

How do you test the sample without the whole song starting up each time?

Here is my question. We can tab between arrangement view and session view.
If I put something in the session view, how do I get it to my arrangment without savig it on disk?
