Has anyone found out how to do this in ableton?

I downloaded Ableton suite just to get the benefit of the extra effects etc. I also wanted to create a freeze effect using maxforlive.

I tried to use the maxforlive editor to create this effect but it seems there is no freeze style effect to create this.

Sampler in Sustain Mode using a gentle amount of Crossfade and precision placement of Loop Start will do exactly what you want. Sampler doesn't come with Live Standard but neither does Analog so go figure.

I bought Ableton Live 9 standard and I need a instrument to sustain a sound in live. I was looking at the Analog synth Ableton built with ADSR. I need it to sustain a audio clip (acapella) at a certain point in the song.

I was wondering if anyone knows if I would be able to accomplish this ...

I figured it out.

I need to use configure and map each button manually.

I select the knob in the software plugin and the knob name appears in the configure section then turn the knob on the BCR2000 and it maps the knob to the software.

This is similar to my first question, only this time it is my BCR2000 which will not control the software plugin. I am sure this can be done as this is the main source of what I want to control. It has functions such as attack decay etc.

I have a sample and a plugin layered inside of a drumrack. I want my keyboard to control the plugins keyboard but I can not figure out how to get it selected so it will recieve the MIDI.

I tried to select the track and remote buttons and ableton recognises the BCR and I can control imposcar no problems and play notes etc with the BCR.

The keyboard is dead.

I tried changing the settings on the keyboard and selecting the track remote buttons but ableton does not recognise any MIDI ...

Just buy a midi cable plug it in, comfigure it properly, then play with for a while. Should get the job done for you.
