Re: Radiohead. New album. Woot.

Just heard a rumour that these guys made the latest album with Ableton Live from a good source. Kinda 'sounds' plausable. Whatever, really into it. :)

Re: Recommend me a mate for my launchpad...

alright chap, welcome to the forum. I also recently got a launchpad, but I already had an MPD 24, so it makes a nice little combination, as the MPD provides nice reactive pads that respond to velocity plus it has the knobs and faders I need that map to Live's devices. I was also tempted to look at t...

altering an apc40 or launchpads led colours

Is this possible? I'd really like to purchase one but I'm read/green colourblind and the colour combinations would be better for me if they were blue green yellow for example. In the pictures I've seen, the colours although I can tell the difference, don't look different enough when all sat together...

Re: After Effects vs VJ programs vs M4L w/Jitter

I create all content in after effects and create tour visuals and animations for a lot of successful artists and DJ's. I think it's best to create great looking content in one program and have other tools for playing things back in. Quite often now I'm asked to make DVD's for pioneer DVJ's as they'r...

Re: I split up with my missus

ah I remember breaking up with an Ex in November maybe 15 years ago. One of the most romantic miserableness's memories ever of walking about, headphones on playing some old trip hop, standing on top of a hill alone watching fireworks with a tear in my eye. anyhow, that was when I was a nipper.

Re: Video Graphics...

I'm currently working with Isadora and after effects, shooting on digital stills. Just finished animating 2manyDj's tour visuals and going to be touring for the first time next month performing interactive visuals for a group I can't say yet. I've been looking into what VJ software works well for gu...

Re: Being a snitch

How about some advanced vaginal cleansing techniques? Could be useful to some of us. mmm, dirty. Now that's what I'm talking about! Seriously though, I got my first live gig in three years on friday so I better knuckle down and try and try and figure something out rather than bitching on forums 8O

Re: Akai MPD and MPK pad mods - tips for better pad sensitivity

Thank you! Very Much! Wow, i thought my timings were getting worse, just realised the pads weren't behaving properly. I now taped my pads on my MPD24 and they work 50% better! Never tried a pad control so can't compare but definately recommend users to give this a go. If you don't like it, you can j...

Re: OT: Cycling ... as in... riding bikes... as in... bicycles

even with the poo flinging at fixie riders, I'd rather have a beer with a bike fanatic than people from just about any other segment of society. TBH I'd be begging to borrow the fixie to try to ride backwards. ;) (out of the clips  ) . Tone, Hipsters model themselves on me.. ;) 8O seriously th...
