hi
you cannot use cubase midi tracks to control live.
but u can
1. disable a midi input in the device setup of SX, and then that one should be avilable in a rewired live.
2. get a virual midi app like midi yoke or loopback (google it) and then you can choose a virutal midi out for a sx midi track ...

i get it now. i used acid few years ago. im done with it...more ways than one...anyways.
maybe that key info was part of the "acidization" encoded in acid files.
i cant recall if acid did that for ALL wav files, not just "acidized" files.
i dont think it could guess the key of everything you put in ...

whether your drive is slave or master really makes little difference.
ive ran OS off "slave" before. im sure there is some reason not to, but it worked fine.
but i say do it. keep OS/APPS one one drive, and everything else (audio) on the new one. youll get better performance definitely, esp in long ...
