I have the same concern. Can anyone shed light on this issue?

Anyone got the Novation Remote 25?
For some reason it is not showing up in my midi sync window.

I've done a bit of research on the net concerning this issue, and I've tried to update the OS in the controller itself or something along those lines.

Just a bit lost. Anyone else having this problem ...

have you fixed your issue? I'm going to try reinstalling ableton and sees what happen...

Just installed my ableton on my home computer... for some reason when I'm plugging in a controller ableton wont recognize its ports in the midi sync preference window.

Am I crazy. It is just plug and play with mac right? I dont remember having to install drivers or anything last time I installed ...

Let's say hypothetically, I have installed NI FM8. It shows up in the plugin menu on the left hand side of ableton. Fine.
Now, when I uninstall it, is there a way to remove the FM8 from that menu in ableton?

Hey guys, quick and simple question.

I am trying to record a routine on video (via photobooth for example).
How do i route my audio for photobooth to record the audio coming from ableton (that is, the audio with effects and what not)?

and Cezband, im aware you can setup and empty clip with midi... can you do the same with audio??

what do you mean by "double triggering" it?

in scene mode.

is there a way for when i record a scene it knows to record lets say 4 bars without having to punch in and out of record (clip launch) ??

For one.... how do i have it control velocity?
-i.e. with drumkits when i press buttons all levels are the same, but if i want to controll their velocity with the launch pad how do i do that?
