well i started over from a previous increment save where 60%cpu was still present.

After 4 hours of redoing things i think the nesting or grouping of tracks is what causes the massive cpu and corruption of things.

i'm having a problem with a project.

i was working yesterday on a song (+-80 tracks) at about 60-75% cpu, all was fine.

Today when i started up the track the cpu was at 250% without even playing.

i notice my master track being corrupt as no sound passes true its input (external output does ...

if just for playback sync issues of midi clips

(I FIRST..)
-put sync and track on in the midi output preferences (on input I only put track)
-set the output and input buffer latency of live
-Put my korg midiclock to ext or auto (preferably ext)

NOW for sync

press the D icon in Live on the far ...

just curious when working with audio samples that have a certain sample rate and bitd. like 96k 24bit.
If one would (accidentally or not) put the preferences in/out sample rate to a lower value and export the audio later at the same 96k 24bit, if that would downsample and reupsample the clips ...

did you try a 'dummy clip' ?

using synced clip envelope loops
instead of the lfo knob to create that effect..

i kind of want to reset/retrigger the lfo of the auto filter (or other ableton effect tools) when a new midi note plays.

Any way of achieving that?

(i think i remember the Logic autofilter having that option)
