I'm able to render at 44.1k without issue.
Live version is 9.7.7
MacOS Mojave 10.14.4
Someone suggested importing the files into a new session at 48k/24 bit then rendering at 48k/24 bit. Initial testing has been successful.

Rendering to 48K/24-bit
I have a session w/ files at 44.1K / 24 bit. When trying to export .wav files at 48K / 24 bit (w/ triangular dithering), the process sticks at 1% and I have to force quit Live. This happens on individual tracks or all tracks. Any help is appreciated!

Instrument rack changing sample sounds
Hi, All.
I'm new to creating an Instrument Rack. I'm noticing sounds in my Chain list sound different from when I preview them in the browser. Seems like that are pitched to a different octave. Any clue why?
Thanks in advance.

Re: MIDI velocity control
Thank you, Broken Ocean Prod and Stromkraft. I appreciate the screenshot, Stromkraft! Very helpful. I'll definitely give that a try.
Broken Ocean Prod - if you still get a chance to post a video, I'd definitely like to check it out.
Thanks again!

Re: MIDI velocity control
Thanks, Stromkraft.
From the test I did, it did seem the MIDI effects would only work after recording and not during recording (Brandon - I tried a MIDI effect similar to the one you mentioned...not the Random one, but I'll give that a shot. The effect I tried didn't affect the notes as they were ...

Re: MIDI velocity control
Thanks, Brandon.
I'm a drummer sending MIDI from my Vdrums to Ableton. I've manipulated the pad see sensitivity on the kit quite a bit but still a good amount of snare hits are recording at 127. I feel confident that I'm not hitting the pad that hard...or the pads have a very specific area where ...

MIDI velocity control
Hi, All.
I'm using Ableton 8 Intro.
Is there a way to control MIDI velocity, and have that control be recorded to the MIDI track? Specifically, I want to limit how high velocity is being recorded during a performance.
Thanks.

Roland VDrum recording
Hi, All.
I'm using Ableton Live 8 Intro and recording MIDI on a Roland TD-1K kit.
Anyone have suggestions on how to control the velocity? My snare and kit hits are coming in at 127 quite frequently regardless of my playing on the kit. I've adjusted the pad sensitivities which helped a little on ...

Roland Vdrums latency
Anyone experience some pads having recording latency and other pads not?
The drums on my Roland TD-1K kits are fine but the HiHat and cymbals are experiencing recording latency. I'm using one of the Instrument drum kits inside Ableton; not using any external kits.

MIDI Mapping Roland Vdrums
Hopefully this is a fairly simple question:
Just bought some Roland Vdrums (TD-1K http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/TD1K)
I'm now trying to map it in Ableton to record MIDI but it's not showing up. Are there some basic things I can do/check?
I'm new to this, so I could be overlooking many ...
