I've been pleased with the session drum packs and have been using those in Live 9 Suite. 90% of the time I'm just programming regular drum sounds and not electronic drums sounds.

However someone on another forum pointed out that Sweetwater has Superior Drummer 2 on sale for $99.

I was just watching that show and caught that. Made me chuckle

I was able to get it working. Something had gotten corrupted in my default template. By process of elimination I was able to get things back in working order.

I just picked up a launchpad mini and I can't get it to work.

I'm using Ableton 9 Suite.

I had previously owned a 1st gen launchpad with no issues. I currently have a APC40 that's working with no issues.

I've tried it without the APC plugged up.

In Ableton midi preferences the launchpad mini ...

I am using a live set to have some backing tracks to play over live. Here's an example of something I'd like to be able to do:
