No need for a rack. Use Shaper max device in Manual mode, draw the basic fade in/out, map it to any volume (in remote mode), and use its Manual knob to control 0-127

options.txt entries will only enable existing (but hidden) features created by ableton themselves. you can't use it to create your own scripts.

Does that mean it still happens after removing SoundID? Have you checked for any noise reduction stuff that may be enabled for you mic input? Macs can have this enabled for cutting out external noise on facetime calls etc, maybe there's a windows equivelant that's been enabled by some recent update ...

In case anyone else comes across this, I just found a proper fix for this issue:

In System Settings > Desktop & Dock, scroll down to Mission Control section and enable 'Displays have separate Spaces' toggle, then logout>login.

Once it's enabled, Ableton full screen should work correctly.

Yep, not all macs are affected. I'm on older Intel mac with macOS 13.7 Ventura, but dunno what causes it.

It happens on mac when entering fullscreen, then quitting and reopening Live. Really annoying. I reported it a while back on Centercode but never got a reply. You can use ctrl-cmd-F to return Live to its 'normal' state, and just avoid fullscreen (or remember to exit fullscreen before exiting Live)

Have you deleted your custom tags from Tag Editor > Creator?

Seems like this might be fixed in the new 12.2.5 public beta

- Fixed a bug where Analog would sometimes skip first note with the buffer size set to 32 samples.
