Seems to be fixed in 12.2 latest beta (tested with Chromaphone VST3, prg changes work as expected now)

In the MIDI clip, enable the MIDI Note Editor Preview button (has a headphones icon, above the vertical piano ruler)
Now go into map mode (MIDI or Key) and look in the top-right or the clip editor – you'll see that 2x small circular left/right buttons have appeared next to the grid size setting ...

Deactivating the 3x Voice Splitter devices will let all voices play with one note, so you could just map the 3 devices' activator toggles to a single qwerty key or midi note..

I recently noticed there's a rent-to-own option for edu licenses. Would be good if this was extended to regular licenses too (pay monthly instalments until the full amount is paid off, then you own it).

So you want both to play at once, but the Bass should stay within one octave while higher notes play on the Lead?
If so you can use the updated Pitch device on the Bass track, which now has a Fold option. Set the Lowest to C2, the Range to +11, and Mode to Fold. This will always keep the Bass notes ...

Even when using the 'Best Interpolation' setting in Sampler, pitched-down samples are still "crunchy" when compared to audio clips in HiQ mode at the same pitch. Add a hihat to Sampler (Best setting) and to an audio clip (HiQ enabled) and play at -30st. Sampler is still gritty, audio clip is not.

Roli have an announcement on the 8th Oct, same date mentioned on Ableton's Move teaser.
I guess OP does not believe that unrelated things can happen on the same day.

Use the main Track Volume fader instead of the DR's bus Vol? Or if you have other effects after the DR, add a Utility device inbetween and use its Gain control.

This was brought up way back in 2007 where a dev explained the 1ms:

if the voice management runs out of voices, the oldest one is faded out in 1ms = 44smpls @ 44.1kHz sr. this can cause a delay of one ms. it should help to increase the number of voices and|or to disable retrigger.

Without knowing what the material you're making/editing is like, I don't really have suggestions.

Every warp command I've tried moves the entire audio clip rather than just the small area around a single transient. Is there a way to do this?

Hold cmd (or PC equivalent) while hovering over the transient and you'll see another 2 markers appear either side of it. Creating a warp marker this way ...

In Live's prefs, enable 'Start Recording On Scene Launch'. With all clips stopped, rec-arm the OMNISPHERE track and fire the scene, should work as you expect now.

Or you could just play along to the follow action track without actually recording on the ONMISPHERE track, then press the Capture MIDI ...

Did you try on Mac, Rivanni?

They all seem to be out by .5, so setting ranges can't really help.
