The shortcut to turn of the latter is ctrl+0 (cmd+0 for mac)

If u are using mac u can create your own shortcut for record quantization in the OS system prefs
ahh, i mean record quantization. you mean creating some sort of keyboard macro in OSX?

is there a shortcut for turning on/off master quantization? i.e. for midi clips, when recording midi data. it'd be nice to flip it on or off with a midi note or keyboard shortcut for some situations.

yeah, i run off of a 1.5ghz powerbook, 2gb of ram... like 10-12 audio/midi tracks...

settings: 188 samples
error compensation: -14.00 ms

no problems at all. i have a LOT of plugins going as well.

drum racks are great... i have a drum rack i use live with maybe 600 sounds programmed into it.

i've found for some reason velocity seems to not be working... i assume the simpler instances have a default velocity setting?

if so, how would you change it globally when the samples are all already in ...

trigger scene change in tandem with triggering a track

hey, i was wondering if there was a way to assign a midi message to both the scene change buttons and a track's record trigger function in the midi mapping .

i've seen that with some commands you can assign multiple buttons to one midi note, but not those two.

it'd be great if you could, and even ...

ahh, didn't realize sampler did that.

the goal is essentially two tiered:

1), to be able to layer unlimited numbers of tracks (playing viola) to potentially create large orchestral sounding tracks

2), to do this in a way that doesn't use up valuable track space that i can use for drums, synth ...

aha, actually OSX. i am giving sooperlooper a shot right now, it seems to make midi lag significantly though, at the moment.

layer up audio loops on one track?

is there a way to do this either in live or with a low profile plugin? i'm looping viola... it'd be nice to layer up on one track (sort of like with a analog pedal, like a boss dd-6) instead of spanning the loops across 10-15 tracks to get a nice orchestral sound.

this seems like it'd be really ...

possible to have all looping go to arrange window?

i'm doing some live looping, triggering different tracks/scenes...

i was wondering if it was possible to retain the entire looping session, including the whole build up... all the changes to seperate scenes, record in the arrangement window... so i can retain the whole session verbatim... so when ...
