Global MIDI Mapping is a feature of CLyphX Pro's bindings add-on, you write the mappings in a text file and they carry across all of your Live sets, they can go far deeper though and can be switched on the fly as well...

The feature that you'll need to research s dummy clips, these can be used to set the effects on a track when they're triggered...

It is not possible to modulate the track or master delay by any means as this would lead to instability, it is a set and forget thing. If you really need it then place a normal delay on the channel and dial in the negative amount of delay on the track, you can then use the device to move your audio ...

Thats not a native feature of Live 10, there are follow actions for scenes in Live 11...
Or if you have MaxforLive then this device achieves what you are looking for by cueing up the next scene only to be triggered when your guide clip ends.

Draw in a note on a midi track and add an instrument to the track.
