If you want to use mutli apps, its better to not use full screen, rather resize each and move to a area in your screen you can on mac, map you desktop to split screen and send to other devices

What you can do is just add a small fade to the start and end of the loop

You can also add ableton to auto add a fade when you import audio

Try utilizing the convolution reverb

Sounds like its due to your buffer size, try increasing it. If you are playing it to record the midi, you may want to use the simple piano and use a low buffer size, once you have your midi recording to your liking, then increase the buffer size from there replace the simple piano with the grand piano

Its a vst have you check that your vst folder is enabled in the preferences ?

if you press play it will just play the session, if you have external outboard, and its synced ableton will trigger it to play.

If you have recorded audio and you want to listen back to it, make sure you check your monitor section

Bear in mind that you will never be able to isolate 3 tracks ever.
i.e. if you are halfway between x0 and x1 and want to dial in only y1, then you can't as the crossfader will be halfway between y0 and y1.
