I'll +1 this.
These all would be very helpful quality of life improvements, and I'd love to see them implemented too.

Fermata Action for Scenes
It would be great to have some sort of 'fermata' action in Session View and Arrangement view.
For those unfamiliar, a fermata is a notation mark that tells the conductor to hold the orchestra on a note for as long as they want before proceeding to the next part of the score. Sometimes this means ...

Parametric Swing
I would love to have parametric control over swing in the groove pool, or on individual loops, as demonstrated in this video by the maker of the Patterning 3 drum machine app: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qfknWHoxK8Y

I would love a 6dB filter as well. They're very helpful for smooth, gentle roll offs that don't draw attention to themselves like a steeper filter.

I would love to see this. I am constantly typing in values and any shortcuts would be greatly appreciated.
The way Fabfilter have implemented this in their tools works perfectly.

Hey all,
Following up here to report that I've found an excellent M4L workaround built by Swub.

Re: How to have instrument only receive CC messages when its track is selected?
Thanks.
I spent all day yesterday working with Ableton Control Surface Mappings, which seems to be what you're describing in #1. It's close, but doesn't seem to be capable of what I need without getting into scripting in Python (maybe).
As for #2, I'm trying to map my controller to a Max4Live ...

How to have instrument only receive CC messages when its track is selected?
Hi all,
I have a third party MIDI controller with a fader that is sending CC11 messages and I'd like to map this fader to the same instrument parameter on multiple tracks.
Here's the thing: I would only like the instrument to receive that CC message from my fader when the track is highlighted or ...

Track Delay Times Reset When Importing Channel From One Session to Another (Please Fix)
I've recently discovered that track delay times (ms/samples) reset to zero when you import a channel from one session into another. Please ensure that these values are not lost when the track is imported into a different session.

CC Control - Passthrough MIDI Controls CC Control knobs
The CC Control MIDI effect is very exciting because for the first time it allows us to automate MIDI CCs in the arrangement view. Editing CC messages in clip view (the old way) has always been a drag because it takes significantly more steps to access the data every time I wish to edit it. Editing ...

Option to Unlink the Window Heights of Piano Roll and Clip View
I'd like the option to unlink the size (height) of the clip view window and the piano roll. Their window heights should be independent of one another.
It's common for me to expand the piano roll so that it is full height, but I almost never want the clip view to be any taller than it's minimum ...

Re: Audio Effect Rack Enhancements
I think these are all thoughtful ideas and would be a great addition to the audio racks. AER's are such a wonderful part of Live that differentiates it from other DAWs and I'd love to see them refined even further.

Re: The Decade Old Request: Macro + Math Expressions / Tension Curves
This sounds like a great idea.
I'd love to see this implemented in Live for the extra expressiveness it would bring to the macros. Having something more than a simple linear action on the knobs would go a long way towards making macros play better.

I don't use Bitwig, but I do switch between DAWs and anything that makes that process less laborious gets a vote in my book.
