Traktor DJ Studio is much closer to a traditional DJ setup than Live. As you know by now, Live is clip driven. You can do a lot more with Live, but again, it's a totally different animal.

I use Traktor DJ Studio for DJ gigs. I use Live mostly for performing and remixing.

OK. This is good to hear.

For whatever reason, Ableton is showing that I've unlocked Live 4 SIX times. 8O

I haven't shared or misplaced my serial. I'm now wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem?

Anyway, I've been contacted. Hopefully it will be resolved ASAP. :(

I would defintely do it in stereo. Larger file sizes? Yes. But, you may want the stereo mixes down the road. Better to deal with it now.

Ableton Support - Good or Bad?

I've sent three emails to Ableton tech support with no response. Is this the norm? Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal to wait a week for a response? All I need is an addtional unlock code for my laptop. I'm a paying customer and I can't get any help.

I use the Sony MDR-7505. They're comfortable and seem to give you exactly what's there.

Hi

There are a few nice VST and AU limiters out there that can help. Waves, Prosoniq, Reaktor, Blue, TC Works, Etc..

Another option is to lower the output to around -3.0. Bounce to disk and t
