The issue has been reported in Centercode/beta testing. It is related to the "Group by Creator" function that's enabled by default in Live 12.0.5 and beyond.

If you disable Group by Creator, all the plugins display quickly without delay, it's just a long list - especially if you have VST2 and VST3 ...

I came across a post on reddit regarding bypassing master plugins (including latency) where a user suggested that M4L wrappers for VSTs allow you to bypass the latency. Anyone able to confirm this?

As to changes, you'd think these would be documented as they go with someone updating the users guide as they go. Again, if they would just open the system up so that users could tailor all the commands to their own shortcut needs, changes wouldn't cause so much consternation.

Sounds like using an older Windows 7 driver resolved a few stuttering issues, might be worth trying if you run out of ideas

Requested this for years.. Please give us a location to consolidate and store all these files instead of having them littered around the disk anytime you drag a sample into Live.

I did a reset of the MIDI track default settings and disabled the 2 MIDI ports for P3 in the configuration options and so far it's working as expected now without triggering sounds via the rotary knobs.
