Sending arbitrary Midi CC data
I did notice that it is possibe to send arbitrary MIDI CC to VSTs from clip envelopes. Can this also be done from the track envelopes? I would like to have several MIDI tracks point to the same VST. Some VSTs also don't have a seperate list of automatable parameters and can be controlled through ...

Hi mate try this:
Load up a soft synth into a midi track.
Now look down at the the box that appears and there should be three circles with icons in them. The middle circle has a triangle, now push this and a whole array of controller sliders will appear.

Automating MIDI CC in the arrangement view
Is it possible to automate MIDI CC in the arrangement view? Up to now I only managed to do that in the clip view, which is a bit limited for my purposes.

Splitting MIDI clip doesn't work properly in Live 4.0.1
When I try to split a long midi clip (with ctrl-E), it doesn't really get split up into seperate clips. All that happens is that you get several copies of the original clip, with the begin-of-clip marker set to the spot on which I tried to apply the split.
