Mac to PC compatibility? Please help
Hi got a macbook at home running Live and I want to get a PC for my studio with Live as well. Live is supposed to be true cross platfrom, does anybody know if you could:
1. Copy my Ableton Library from my Macbook to a PC. Install Live on the pc and use my "old" mac library with all my rack/sampler ...

What happened to Max Dsp? Making your own plugs for Live!
What happened to the collaboration with Max/Pluggo stuff and Live? Is this something taking off in Live 8? Here's an idea:
It would be great if they added a lot more fx modules to Live (with pluggo), extended the macros to 16 or more knobs, and gave people the option of doing their "own" Macro ...

What happened to Max Dsp? Making your own plugs for Live!

Don't forget Sampler!
We still need a few things for sampler:
1. Automation for the Loop parameters (to make a macro for slicing "audio to midi track") Sampler got the forward/reverse loop you need for Recycle type stretch. If we can automate this, there's no need for recycle anymore IMO.

Hi here's a few things I feel is missing. Please add to the list if you want!
MIDI
1. GROOVE / SWING Quantize for Live. Make your own templates from audio (warp points?) or import MPC grooves to use on your midi tracks. Would make it so much better!

When can we get groove templates for drum racks....
Drum racks rocks, but this would just make it so much better..

Hi is there a way to automate Drum racks so they behave like Fxpansions Gurus midi automation? In Guru, you can get your midicontroller to ONLY control the current selected pad. You can use the same controls to automate any drum pad as long as it it "selected". Example:
