Can I ask how you got on with this? Been trying for ages now to get mute/solo buttons working properly – they toggle fine when I use ableton's midi mapping but I really want to set it up on a remote script (so it will work like that when I open Live, without having to map it each ...

Also, does anyone know if it's possible to clear a midimap entirely in one fell swoop? (want to avoid mappings on previous projects overriding my default remote script). Any help on either of these would be much appreciated!!

I've downloaded a few free VST synths to try out in Live 5.2 - I've installed them by copying the .dll file to my custom plug-in folder and restarted live. They still aren't showing up in my plug-in devices folder. Am I doing something wrong?
